Rocky takes a hiatus from boxing to stay by Adrian’s side and take care of his wife.


When she awakes, he is right there next to her. They chat, and Rocky tells her he’s going to quit

boxing as she didn’t want him to continue anyway. Then, she looks at him after waking from a

coma and says the most inspirational thing:


“There’s one thing I want you to do for me: WIN!”

I played that scene over and over in my mind, “WIN!”

That’s what we have to do is pivot our mind from being down and out to victory.

Sometimes, I replay the scene of the crucifixion where Jesus was dying on the cross for

our sins.


Jesus paid the ultimate price. He claimed the Ultimate Win, although for Him it a

torturous, pure bloody, and horrifying suffering.


\For us, it became victory as He died for our sins and rose again.


With Our Savior, through Him and His shed blood on the cross, we too can Win.


After finding out the diagnosis of BC, I determined again not to acknowledge it, but

rather to claim VICTORY THROUGH GOD AND TO TRY TO DO IT TO HIS HONOR
